Steelforce Distribution

Steelforce exploits a number of key distribution channels in accessing the steel markets in Australia. It imports finished products from South East Asia and supplies the Australian market. Recently, Steelforce Brisbane has developed some semi-processing capability to enhance the product offering to the market. Often, customers’ need a structural beam cut to size as well as requiring numerous other steel products. Steelforce now has the capacity to be the one stop shop that most merchants are not.

Steelforce’s rapid growth has necessitated three moves in the five years of the Company’s life. The Company is now settled in leased premises at Rocklea in Brisbane with a total floor space of 8,500 m2. The number of employees in Brisbane has increased from 28 in 2002 to 65 as of September 2007.

Sydsteel was acquired to expand Steelforce’s operations in New South Wales. Sydsteel is located in Blacktown, Sydney. The total floor space is approximately 3,000 m2.
